Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Haun Player ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Haun Player is a media player application that allows users to connect to their own personal media servers using standard streaming protocols (including but not limited to Xtream Codes API and M3U playlists).

Important: Haun Player does NOT provide, host, stream, or distribute any media content whatsoever. The App is solely a playback tool. All content is provided by servers that users configure themselves.

User Responsibilities

By using this App, you agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Ensure you have the legal right to access any content through servers you connect to
Not use the App to access, stream, or distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
Take full responsibility for the content accessible through servers you configure

No Content Responsibility

We explicitly disclaim any responsibility for:

Content available on third-party servers you connect to
The legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any content
Any copyright or intellectual property issues related to content you access
The availability, reliability, or security of third-party servers

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

Purchases and Subscriptions

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users
After the trial, a one-time purchase grants lifetime access to the App
All prices are set in the App Store and may vary by region

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
